2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ld999 may at any time request the necessary documents (such as a national identity card) to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. This process is conducted for the user's own security.

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred taka) — applicable to all payment methods.
